Upen Patel is not taking his break-up with model Shamita Singha lightly. The model-turned-actor has still not got over the fact that Shamita spurned him.
On Sunday, after designer Gavin Miguel’s show, Shamita, Gavin, photographer Jatin Kampani, singer Pratichee, model Tora Kashgir and some others went to Zenzi for an after-the-event-party of their own.
All was going well, until Upen made an unannounced entry and walked up to the group. He greeted Shamita with insults to which the latter is meant to have retorted, “This is not the way you will talk to me in front of my friends.” A livid Upen then snatched Shamita’s glass of wine and splashed it on her and walked away.
Shamita’s friends stood in shocked silence, while she broke down in tears. Sigh, the lives and times of Bollywood remain as exciting as ever!
